IZURA combines a holistic design approach with maximum design freedom. Reduced to a minimal number of components and low production effort, it is optimized for its entire life cycle – from resource-efficient manufacturing to easy repair, upgrade and material separation at end of life. At the same time, IZURA enables a distinctive aesthetic: from exclusive metal finishes and custom colours to digitally printed surfaces, including logos, images or tactile effects. Developed in close collaboration with interdisciplinary partners – FluidSolids, Typico and World of Pi – IZURA unites ecological responsibility with a high level of design precision.

IZURA is conceived as a holistic system – reduced to the essentials, yet designed for longevity. With a minimal number of components and low production effort, it conserves resources from the outset. Throughout its entire life cycle, IZURA remains adaptable: it can be repaired, upgraded and disassembled with ease, and materials can be cleanly separated at end of life. In this way, ecological responsibility is not an add-on, but an integral part of its design logic.

FLUIDSOLIDS

FluidSolids created parts of IZURA using innovative materials made from renewable and upcycled resources, including coffee grounds and compressed grain. This demonstrates how alternative materials can become part of a more circular product design.

TYPICO

Typico enables the individual printing of IZURA’s aluminium surface using state-of-the-art printing technology. As a result, every IZURA can be customised with unique colours, patterns or graphics to meet individual design requirements.

WORLD OF PI

World of Pi makes it possible to create a digital product passport quickly and make relevant product information easily accessible. This transparency supports responsible material use and represents an important step towards a circular economy.
